Strong, unique design is of the utmost importance to me, through which I hope to connect with the viewer. Occasionally I will have an original stone carving replicated in stainless steel, or bronze. Such is the case with "Maximum Steed", a cast bronze, "Art Deco" style horse.
Dahrl Thomson is a 1996 graduate of BYU in Design and Art. She has participated in solo, group, Olympic, National, and International exhibitions. Her largest sculpture, "Three-Fold", (aluminum) is placed in front of "A Gallery" SLC, Utah. However, stone is her favorite and primary medium.
