Meet the Artist
Mont Crosland
Mont Crosland’s limited edition sculptures show his deep reverence for nature and a lasting respect for the heroes and legends of the West. Upon retirement from business in 1996, he began sculpting full-time, focusing his energies on creating sculptures that transmit ideas that have always motivated him. His main creative themes include: wildlife, western, figurative, children and portraits. His home and studio are in Sandy, Utah, where he lives with his wife Carolyn. But his works reside in corporate, public and private collections throughout the United States. Mont says of this year’s entry, Pulling Together, “Whether it is a husband and wife, a family, or an organization, pulling together is the key to success.”
