Mark Rane is a sculptor, designer, and teacher with a deep love for drawing, outdoor exploration, and creative endeavors. He began his academic journey studying art at Brigham Young University before transitioning to Industrial Design, a shift that helped shape a dynamic career bridging both industry and personal expression.
Mark’s creative practice is rooted in observation and a hands-on approach to making. His sketchbooks—filled with studies of friends, colleagues, and the world around him—often serve as the foundation for his sculptural work, where form, gesture, and human connection converge.
He lives in St. George, Utah with his wife and four children.
