Dee is a school “junkie.” Her comfort place is when and wherever she is learning. She has earned a BA, two MA degrees, and a PhD. during her educational quest, but hasn’t stopped there. Her involvement with the local schools (as a teacher, principal, teacher coach and volunteer), Utah Tech University (as a professor and presenter), and numerous community groups has enriched her life and continues to provide ongoing learning opportunities. She loves bringing people together to share, ponder, and learn.

Although a native of the Pacific Northwest, she has resided in St. George for over thirty years and definitely calls it home. She lives and thrives with her husband, Greg Murray, and daughter, Margo. She spends her time reading, traveling, participating in outdoor activities, and getting together with friends and family.
